What will your appointment look like

We’re so excited that you’ve chosen our boutique! You do need an appointment which can be scheduled through this website or by calling the store. Appointments run for about an hour and a half.

When you arrive, you will be greeted with a smile by your consultant at the front desk. You will then be escorted to your own private bridal suite with seating for your guests and your own changing en-suite. We will show you around and allow you and your party to browse through our dresses! No one knows what you like better than YOU!

After you select a few gowns to start with, the fun begins! Our Stylists know EVERY dress in the store and after trying on the 3-4 gowns you have selected, she can then bring in gowns that perhaps you would have never tried! We promise to keep style and budget in mind when we pull them for you!.


What to bring to your appointment

Your personal bridal consultant will be helping you in and out of dresses, so make sure to wear underwear you don’t mind showing off!

  1. You will want to make sure you bring your favorite strapless or sticky bra!

  2. Bring Supportive and Loving Friends and Family! Surrounding yourself with a positive group is so important for your dress appointment! Remember that this is your day and your dress! We have a maximum guest amount of 10, so only bring your favorites. ;)

  3. A small list of dresses from our website is always helpful! Get a preview of our inventory under our Designers category, but still come with an open mind.

  4. Don’t forget you are beautiful just the way you are! This experience is what every bride looks forward to! Have fun, relax, and get ready to SAY YES TO YOUR DRESS!


What you can expect to pay

The price range of our designers is between $1200 and $5000.

When you order your gown on the day of your appointment, you have the choice to pay either the total amount due or 60% of that total. If there is a balance due, you will pay what remains when your gown is delivered to our store approximately 6 months later,

Gown alterations are separate from gown purchase. We refer to our in-house or local seamstress. We will give you her information at the time of Gown pick-up. Your fitting appointment and payment is made with her directly.

A Few more FAQ’s:

  • How long before my wedding should I start shopping?

    • We recommend giving yourself at least 9 months for the whole process. Wedding dresses typically take 4-6 months to arrive in store from when you placed your order. It is possible to get them in faster, like adding a rush or checking stock with the designer. You will then want to account for alteration time, which is 2-3 months.

  • can we buy a wedding dress off the rack?

    • Absolutely! We love being able to accommodate quick wear dates!

  • what is your return policy?

    • Due to the special nature of purchasing a wedding gown, we cannot offer returns or refunds. All sales are final. Each dress is made upon order, meaning it was made just for you!

  • do you carry bridesmaid dresses or tuxes?

    • Yes! We offer bridesmaids selections by Hayley paige occasions. we also carry a menswear line through formal knight tuxedos.

  • Do you buy or sell pre-owned wedding dresses?

    • Only direct from the designer gowns are offered in our store to ensure quality and authenticity.

  • Do you have gown preservation or cleaning?

    • We offer gown preservation through Wedding Gown Preservation Company, who has been in business since 1913. They clean and steam your gown (and veil or garter if you want), then pack them in a shadow box to keep free from mold or discoloration. They will then ship your gown directly to the address you leave with us.
