Owner- Bridal Consultant-Wedding and Event Coordinator
I was born and raised in Sonora, CA and became the oldest of four girls. During my last semester of college at the University of Arizona I fell in love with my husband who I had happened to have already known for most of my life. The greatest things truly happen when you least expect it. After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with focus in Communications, Media Arts, and Business Marketing, Trever proposed, and that was the beginning of not only the rest of our lives, but the beginning of my love of weddings. After tying the knot on June 11th, 2011 I started planning weddings locally as a hobby. We found out that we were pregnant with our 3rd baby and I was finally forced to quit my full-time job and transition to being a full time mother. I got to spend precious moments with Ruby (4) and Grady (2) before baby Everett arrived in August 2016. This time with my children not only gave me this special time but also made me think of what I truly wanted to do for my professional career. The only thing that felt completely right was to start a bridal business. I didn’t know when it would happen, but it felt right enough to wait until I received a sign.
It wasn’t until March of 2017 that I got the sign. My hard working father-in-law, who owned an empty bank building, brought it to my attention that the previous “bank” had potential for someone, and could very well be “The Bridal Vault.” It still gives me chills and still seems surreal that this dream was finally coming true. My incredible husband, my in-laws, and my family supported my dream and this entire business would not have been possible to create without each of them.
It's the place we feel is our true home for the business, and the future of The Bridal Vault for many years to come.
I love that I have created something that I am proud of. I love meeting some of the most amazing women/brides I have ever met in my entire life. I love all these gorgeous wedding dresses around me every day. I love helping women feel beautiful. I love giving them a special and welcoming place to find the most important dress they will ever purchase and wear. I love giving my staff a great place to enjoy rewarding and meaningful work. I love being a locally owned and operated business, and I love the opportunity each and every day to be the best that I can be. I love being involved with the California bridal industry. I love every moment when I get to ask a bride if she is going to say yes to her dress and getting goose bumps while I ask. I love celebrating the decision with each bride and being part of this special moment when they feel so beautiful and happy!
My story, who I am, what I care about, and what I love, has all come together to make The Bridal Vault what it is. I hope you feel welcome here, I hope you feel respected and heard, and I hope you enjoy finding your very own, hands-down, without-a-doubt, the most beautiful, I don’t want to take it off, absolutely amazing wedding dress at The Bridal Vault!
