All U.S. orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Insurance will be included in case of loss.
All orders over $300 are shipped FREE
RUSH Orders - will be shipped UPS 2 Day - additional charge
Overnight Orders - Please call prior to advise us - will be shipped via FEDEX, charges billed to customer

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL BE QUOTED FOR SHIPPING BY WEIGHT AND SENT BY UPS INTERNATIONAL RATES.
THIS TAKES APPROXIMATELY 7 DAYS FOR RECEIPT. COSTS WILL INCLUDE DUTIES AND TAXES. ALL SHIPMENTS ARE TRACKABLE.
Return Policy
All of our customers are extremely important to us, so we take pride that our jewelry collection to be exactly what you want. We strongly suggest viewing each piece and it's dimensions and even take a copy of it to the store to see if you like it with your gown selection.
All pieces are custom ordered, so if you are not totally satisfied with your selection, we will be happy to exchange your piece for another (one time only) or for a credit within 15 days of the date of shipment.
We cannot refund shipping & Handling fees. All pieces over the $500 price point cannot be returned due to the timing of design and production.
Please contact us prior to mailing your package to verify that we can accept your return.

Backorder Policy
GOOD NEWS! not bad! As every piece is handmade from our manufacturer here in the U.S., the only way there will be a backorder will be if we have to order more stones, i.e., crystals, pearls and metal components. We will contact you immediately if this is the concern that it will not arrive on time.
That is why we strongly urge you to order your piece(s) once you have had your 2nd fitting of your gown. Each piece will take approximately 6 weeks to arrive at your door.
Damaged Goods Policy
The Bridal Vault inspects every piece that is made, but if for some reason your piece (s) arrives with something defective, missing a bead, clasp broken, bent - all due to shipping by shipper improperly, we will have you return it immediately at our cost, repair it or make a new one if needed.
We do not accept damaged pieces if the following has occurred:
- fragrance was applied AFTER you put your jewelry on
- jewelry was put on and then you applied hair spray to your hair - this will definitely damage the luster of the stones and cloud the metal color.
- Was dropped on ceramic tile, or hard surface
- Was personally adjusted by you to make smaller or larger
We do not accept or take responsibility for damages due to abuse or to normal wear and tear.
