How will I know the fit/sizing is good for me?

When you select a piece you like, click the thumbnail to go to the detail page, this will give you more information about the piece, as well as the sizes.  When you are ready to order ,click on the item, size and add to the shopping cart! Your summarized order in your shopping cart will list the piece and the size.  THIS IS IMPORTANT FOR ALL NECKLACE AND BRACELETS.  EARRINGS specify clip or pierced.

When should I order my Bridal pieces?

We suggest that you order your Bridal pieces as soon as go for your second fitting of your gown,  orders on all our collections feautured take 6 to 8 weeks to deliver.

Can I customize any of the designs that are previewed? And how long will it take to receive?

Yes, of course!  that is our specialty.   If you like a design in a different color metal or with different color stones, please fill out the Custom order form for earrings, bracelets or necklaces.  if you are not sure, please email us with your questions or ideas.  We will get a price quote back to you as quickly as possible.

Special and custom orders usually ship within 6 to 10 weeks, depending on the piece, quantity ordered and availability of materials.  Upon receipt of order, we will notify you as to the estimated ship date.

What if the jewelry arrives damaged OR needs to be repaired?

Even though every piece is checked for quality and packed with care, it sometimes can happen that a piece will arrive damaged due to shipping.  We will be happy to have you return the piece for repair at no cost to you.

If your piece through normal use or is accidentally damaged, we will happily repair it.  Please contact us with a description of the piece and the damage for an estimate on repair, shipping and handling.
